As a licensed Occupational Therapist in Minnesota and a registered member of the NBCOT, I bring over 12 years of experience working with children aged 2 to 16. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting children with a broad spectrum of needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, and various genetic disorders.
I spent 9 years in the Autism Day Treatment program at St. David’s Center, where I developed specialized strategies to promote functional independence, social skills, and emotional regulation in children with autism. In addition to my work at St. David’s, I also have extensive experience in schools, addressing a wide range of learning needs and collaborating with educators to create inclusive, supportive environments.
My professional development is rooted in evidence-based practices, and I hold certifications in several therapeutic techniques, including Floor time, Sensory Integration, Therapeutic Listening, and Therapeutic Brushing. These certifications, combined with my diverse clinical background, allow me to provide holistic, individualized care to help children thrive in both academic and social settings.
I am deeply committed to helping children achieve their full potential through therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique needs and strengths. My goal is to empower each child and family with the skills and strategies they need to succeed in daily life.
